报告10例心功能Ⅲ~Ⅴ级的心衰病人及10例配对正常人由肾上腺素(E)诱导的血小板聚集率。结果表明E诱导的血小板聚集率在两组间无显著性差异,但应用阻滞剂Rauwo scine(0.25μg/ml)后,0.25、0.5、1.0μg ml E诱导的血小板聚集率心衰组显著低于对照组。提示血小板α_2受体在心衰时有数量的减小或(和)功能的降低,表征交感神经突触前去甲肾上腺素释放的负反馈机制受抑制。
10 cases of cardiac function Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ grade heart failure patients and 10 matched normal subjects by epinephrine (E) induced platelet aggregation rate. The results showed that the platelet aggregation rate induced by E had no significant difference between the two groups. However, after the blocker Rauwo scine (0.25μg / ml), the platelet aggregation rate induced by 0.25,0.5,1.0μg ml E was significantly lower In the control group. It is suggested that there is a decrease or decrease in the amount of platelet alpha 2 receptors in heart failure, and the negative feedback mechanism that characterizes the presynaptic noradrenaline release is inhibited.
