将新疆克拉玛依原油和碱含量为0.2%的博斯腾湖造纸厂黑液在混调器中以较高的速度搅拌,制备出一种油/水乳状液,用以模拟黑液驱油产出液。以脱水率为主要指标,研究了无机盐、季铵盐和其他常用破乳剂对模拟产出液的破乳效果,筛选出效果较好的NaCl、PTA和SP169进行复配试验。以NaCl、PTA、SP169为准三组分相图的顶点,在准三组分相图中均匀布置了21个配方,确定出第4点和第13点为最优配方,其脱水率在80%以上。在运用化学破乳技术的基础上再利用加热或高频电破乳技术,使破乳效果明显提高
Xinjiang Karamay crude oil and black liquor from Bosten Lake Paper Mill having a base content of 0.2% were agitated at a high speed in the mixer to prepare an oil / water emulsion for simulating the production of black liquor . Taking dehydration rate as the main index, we studied the demulsification effect of inorganic salts, quaternary ammonium salts and other commonly used demulsifiers on the simulated effluent, and screened out the better combination of NaCl, PTA and SP169. With NaCl, PTA, and SP169 as the apexes of the three-component phase diagram, twenty-one formulations were uniformly arranged in the quasi-three-component phase diagram to determine the optimal formulation at the fourth and thirteenth points, and the dehydration rate was 80 %the above. In the use of chemical demulsification technology based on the use of heating or high-frequency electric emulsion breaking technology, the demulsification effect was significantly improved
