Objective: To reveal the effect of HSF1 activation on macrophage migration and adhesion in systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). Methods: The SIRS model was established by intraperitoneal injection of E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in HSF1 knockout mice and the effect of HSF1 gene deletion on the infiltration of macrophages in the lung and liver in the inflammatory response induced by LPS by immunohistochemistry .
