目的:观察参麦注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中血浆葡萄糖(Glu)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、胰岛素(Insu-lin)、C肽以及抵抗素(Resistin)水平的影响,探讨参麦注射液对胰岛素抵抗是否有改善作用。方法:取SD雄性大鼠24只随机分为心肌缺血再灌注模型组(MIRI组)、参麦注射液预处理组(SM组)。分组后SM组每天腹腔注射参麦注射液10 mL/kg连续3 d,MIRI组则注射等量的生理盐水。采用冠脉结扎再松开的办法制备大鼠缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血15min后再灌注45 min。放射免疫法检测血浆Glu、Insulin和C肽的浓度,ELISA法检测血浆Resistin和FFA的含量。结果:与IR组相比,SM组血浆Glu、Insulin、C肽的浓度,血浆FFA和Resistin的含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:SM能够改善大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中胰岛素抵抗,对心肌产生一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shenmai injection on plasma glucose (Glu), free fatty acid (FFA), insulin (Insu-lin), C peptide and Resistin in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats, Mai injection on insulin resistance whether to improve the role. Methods: Twenty-four SD male rats were randomly divided into myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model group (MIRI group) and Shenmai injection pretreatment group (SM group). The SM group was injected intraperitoneally with Shenmai injection 10 mL / kg for 3 days continuously, while the MIRI group was injected with the same amount of saline. The rat model of ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by ligation of the coronary artery and re-release. After ischemia for 15 min, reperfusion was performed for 45 min. Plasma Glu, Insulin and C-peptide concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay, and plasma levels of Resistin and FFA were measured by ELISA. Results: Compared with IR group, the concentrations of Glu, Insulin and C peptide in plasma and plasma FFA and Resistin in SM group were significantly lower than those in IR group (P <0.05). Conclusion: SM can improve insulin resistance during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and exert a protective effect on myocardium.
