However, the benefits of various nutrients that are normally taken during normal times are not obvious to athletes. Obviously the usual practice of nutrition intake can improve athletes’ training and competition. Some people think that physical training is the only way to create the best possible results, as sometimes athletes who do not have special nutrition programs are as successful at swimming and diving.
