本综述对十几年来固相肽合成中保护-裂解方式的发展状况,尤其以 Boc-Bz(?) 及 Fmoc-tBu 两类保护方式为主的应用特点、不断改进的趋势进行了详细的比较与归纳。此外,还介绍了一些新的氨基酸保护基、新的树脂连肽结构及新的酸解试剂等应用情况。
In this review, the development of protection-cleavage methods for solid-phase peptide synthesis over more than ten years, especially the application characteristics and the continuous improvement trend of Boc-Bz (?) And Fmoc-tBu, And induction. In addition, some new amino acid protecting groups, new resin peptide structures and new applications of acidolysis reagents are also introduced.
