我校创新了“星卡”激励性评价制度。“星卡”共分绿、红、黄三种:“绿星卡”代表对学生点滴进步的激励,“红星卡”代表荣誉和收获,“黄星卡”代表对学生过失的一种警告。该制度规定:10张“绿星卡”换1张“红星卡”……几年来,星卡成为学校的特色文化,发挥了独特的育人作用。学生普遍喜欢星卡评价。据调查,99%的学生表示最想得到的是知识、绿星卡和老师的表扬;99%的学生表示最怕得到黄星卡和受到老师的批评。孩子们的童言童真也不时尽现纸上:“绿星卡,我真想多交点你这样的好朋友!”“红星
