一般平面磨床磨削工件的表面,光洁度只能达到▽▽▽7~▽▽▽9,如要得到更高的表面光洁度,需经研磨加工,这样生产效率低,且不能满足产品质量要求。因此,提高平面磨床的精度,是我厂设备维修部门的一项重要任务。最近根据日常检修中的摸索,通过三结合的方法,对M7120平面磨床的结构进行了分析,针对提高磨削精度和光洁度的最主要关键,即砂轮主轴与轴承的配合和砂轮主轴及电动机转子的动平衡,进行了提高精度的修理。磨头结构见图1。修理后,采用通常的磨削方法,工件的表面光洁度可以达到▽▽▽▽11~▽▽▽▽12,见图2。现将修理方法和要求介绍如下。
