改革开放以来,社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立健全,多种经济成份共同发展起来。阶级阶层结构出现了前所未有的变化,具体利益的多元化趋势已经形成。作为执政党的中国共产党的利益整合功能已经成为最重要的一项功能。而加强党内民主则是发挥一功能的突破口。

The class stratum structure has seen unprecedented changes. The diversification trend of specific interests has been formed. The function of integration of the interests of the CPC as the ruling party has become one of the most important functions. Strengthening intra-party democracy is a breakthrough in playing a function.
