随着改革开放以来,我国的建筑行业进入了一个较快的发展阶段,各地纷纷建立起许多的建筑工程,在进行建筑工程建设时,建筑工程管理引起了人们的注意。建筑工程管理对于提高建筑工程的水平、降低建筑的成本投入和保证建筑工程质量都有重要作用,本文从建筑工程管理的现状出发,分析了建筑工程管理中存在的问题,研究了发展建筑工程管理的意义,提出了建筑工程管理的措施。
