Zhou Xia, female, Han nationality, born in June 1981, Shaanxi Shangzhou people, lecturer, doctor. He graduated from Shaanxi Normal University in July 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. From July 2003 to July 2006, he taught at the Mathematics College of Neijiang Normal University. From September 2006 to June 2011, he studied at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China for master’s and doctoral students (Master), and received his Ph.D. in 2011 and worked in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Fuyang Teachers College.
