国网吉林省梨树县供电公司属国有企业,担负着梨树县20个乡镇、四平市铁东区两个镇的农村供用电管理及服务工作。公司下设7个职能部室,6个二级单位,36个基层班组,现有全民在职员工321人,农电工368人。境内有66千伏二次变电站(塔)11座,主变19台,容量165400千伏安;拥有10千伏配电变压器5065台,容量259.9兆伏安。所辖用电客户20万户,2012年售电量3.7亿千瓦时。近年来,国网吉林省梨树县供电公司认真按照《公司法》要求和国家电网公司《职工民主管理纲要》精神,坚持把群众关心的热点、难点问题作为企业头等大事来抓,把实施职工民主管理作为推动企业“三集五大”建设的保障。公司通过健全民主管理机制、畅通民主对话渠道、发挥职工监督作
