本实验观察了放疗与复方天仙胶囊合并应用对小鼠肿瘤的影响,结果小鼠肿瘤明显缩小,疗效为单纯放疗的1.89倍;合并应用组瘤细胞坏死显著,可见炎细胞浸润,瘤细胞膜相结构损伤的早并且显著加重。提示,瘤细胞的膜相结构可能为复方天仙胶囊中某药成份增敏作用的靶点;另外,促进炎细胞浸润也可能是其辐射增敏的表现形式之一。
In this experiment, we observed the effect of radiotherapy combined with compound Tianxian capsules on mice tumors. The results showed that the tumors of mice were significantly reduced and the curative effect was 1.89 times of that of radiotherapy alone; the necrosis of tumor cells was significant in the combined application group, inflammatory cell infiltration was observed, and the membrane structure of tumor cells was observed. The damage was early and significantly worse. It is suggested that the membrane structure of tumor cells may serve as a target for sensitization of a drug component in compound Tianxian capsules; in addition, promotion of inflammatory cell infiltration may also be one of the manifestations of radiation sensitization.
