“档案工作”第六期介紹的中共淅川县委档案員梁天才同志在县委办公室直接領导下,把工作做得有声有色,使档案工作真正成为机关領导的很好的助手。这是档案工作躍进声中具有典型意义的事例之一。这一生动事例中有不少發人深省、吸取力量和教益的地方。梁天才同志所以能做出优異的工作成绩,不是因为他有高深的文化,也不是由于有丰富的工作經驗,而是因为他有优良的政治品質。
Comrade Liang Tiancai, Archivist of the Xichuan County, an archivist who introduced the sixth file of the “Archives Work”, under the direct leadership of the county office, did a great job in making the file a real assistant to the authorities. This is one of the typical examples of the sound of archival work. In this vivid example, there are many places where people think deeply, draw strength and lessons. Comrade Liang Tian-csu has been able to make outstanding achievements not because he has a profound culture, nor because of his rich work experience, but because of his excellent political qualities.
