针对阶梯轴结构特点设计了三工步挤压工艺,并采用有限元模拟与工艺试验分析了多工步挤压的变形过程及其尺寸变化规律。结果表明:针对该轴所设计的三工步挤压工艺方案切实可行;在多工步挤压中,凹模入口部分的传力区直径在缩径挤压时,会因镦粗而增大,而任何一个工步中刚经模具缩径减小后的直径的有限元模拟结果和试验结果均与设计值一致。
A three-step extrusion process was designed according to the structural characteristics of the stepped shaft. The deformation process and the dimensional variation of the multi-step extrusion were analyzed by finite element simulation and technological tests. The results show that the three-step extrusion process scheme designed for the shaft is feasible. In multi-step extrusion, the diameter of the force transmission area at the entrance of the die increases as the diameter shrinks, , And the finite element simulation results and the experimental results of the diameters of any work step just after the diameter reduction of the die have been reduced are consistent with the designed values.
