随着医院药品种类的逐渐增多,部分临床治疗上必不可缺药品,治疗疗效确切,但价格昂贵的药品被纳入医保药品目录范围中,部分定点医疗机构几乎不配备这些药品,或让患者自费购买用于治疗,导致患者投诉事件较多。文中对部分特殊药品在临床医疗过程中产生的问题作了分析,并针对其实际情况提出解决特殊药品医保的政策建议和对策。
