能源问题是一个重大的国际性的经济与政治问题。能源工业是先行工业,是生产发展的重要物质前提。可以这样说,任何一个社会,尤其是当代大生产发达的世界各国,不重视能源的开发、利用与节约,它的国民经济就无法取得较大的发展。能源问题解决得如何,对我国社会主义现代化建设关系极大。有了充足的能源,我们就获得了发展农业、工业、国防、科学技术和提高人民生活水平的重要物质基础。
The energy issue is a major international economic and political issue. Energy industry is the first industry, is an important material premise of production and development. It can be said that no country in the world, especially the developed countries with large-scale modern production, can pay considerable attention to the development, utilization and conservation of energy and its national economy can not achieve greater development. How to solve the energy problem has a great bearing on the socialist modernization in our country. With sufficient energy, we have acquired an important material basis for the development of agriculture, industry, national defense, science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards.
