目的建立用液相色谱法测定人尿中的拟除虫菊酯(氰戊菊酯)及其代谢产物(3-苯氧基苯甲酸)的定量方法。方法样品经酸水解,C18 SEP-PAK固相萃取后,用Zorbox SB C18色谱柱分离,高效液相二级阵列管检测器进行检测。结果方法线性良好,相关系数(R2)>0.996,氰戊菊酯和3-苯氧基苯甲酸的相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%,回收率范围均大于75%,检出限分别为0.78μg/ml和1.93μg/ml。结论该方法方便,成本低,重复性好,能满足从普通人群到职业特殊人群的生物监测工作的特殊需求。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of pyrethrin (fenvalerate) and its metabolite (3-phenoxybenzoic acid) in human urine by liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were acid-hydrolyzed and separated on a Zorbox SB C18 column after C18 SEP-PAK solid-phase extraction. The samples were detected by HPLC secondary array tube detector. Results The calibration curve was linear with a correlation coefficient (R2)> 0.996. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of fenvalerate and 3-phenoxybenzoic acid were less than 10% and the recoveries were all over 75%. The detection limits were 0.78 μg / ml and 1.93 μg / ml. Conclusion The method is convenient, low cost and reproducible, and can meet the special needs of biological monitoring from the general population to occupational special populations.
