N-氧化野百合硷是从野百合硷合成的一种双稠呲咯啶生物硷的氮氧化物。对这类化合物的晶体和分子结构的研究已有很多报道。为了探讨结构与功能的关系,作者已测定了一系列这类化合物的晶体结构。N-氧化野百合硷的化学结构式如图1所示。它与野百合硷不同的是在N(4)—O(24)之间形成了配位键。在结构分析的过程中发现晶胞内含有八个结晶水。N-氧化野百合硷的分子是通过水分子由氢键沿C轴连接在一起的。
N-oxide wild lilium base is synthesized from the wild lily alkaloids double pyrrolidine alkaloids nitrogen oxides. There have been many reports on the crystal and molecular structure of these compounds. In order to explore the relationship between structure and function, the authors have determined the crystal structure of a series of these compounds. The chemical structure of N-oxide monocrotaline is shown in Figure 1. It differs from the wild lily base in the formation of a coordination bond between N (4) -O (24). During the structural analysis, it was found that there are eight crystal water in the unit cell. The molecules of the N-oxide lily base are linked together along the C-axis by hydrogen bonds by water molecules.
