劳动分工理论为供电所专业化管理奠定了理论基础,农电管理薄弱的历史沿革和“两个一流企业”的创建是供电所专业化管理的现实需求。结合农电自身特点,推行农电人力资源专业化管理需要循序渐进。国家电网系统正全面建设“三集五大”体系,供电企业各层级的功能定位发生了重大变化,亟待通过专业化管理的过程,不断提升农电专业管理水平,并尽快融入到“三集五大”体系内,确保“三集五大”体系建设的全面实现。人力资源工作,在农电的管理平台、机构岗位设置、薪酬绩效等方面同样需要按照专业化管理的要求来推进。
