2002年10月26日,辽宁人民会堂内座无虚席,气氛庄重。台上,在两位全副武装的警察的看押下,一个身穿囚服的中年人正在进行言辞恳切的演讲,说到动情之处,不禁泪流满面;台下,听众们个个凝神静听,若有所思……这是辽宁省委召开的全省党员领导干部警示教育大会的现场。为了更好地利用慕绥新、马向东、田凤岐等人严重违纪违法案例,再次对党员领导干部进行警示教育,辽宁省委精心组织了这次警示教育大会。省及各市五大班子主要领导和省直各部门领导班子成员等共1600多人参加了会议。在大会上进行“现身说纪说法”的两名在押服刑人员,许多与会人员都很熟悉,一个是沈阳市中级人民法院原院长贾永祥,一个是沈阳市国税局原局长赵士春。他们发自肺腑的真诚忏悔,使与会者受到了一次深刻的警示教育。前车覆辙莫重蹈,自律警钟须常鸣。现在让我们一起听听这两位身陷囹圄者的忏悔吧。
