一、概述目前我厂汽车冷冲压模具,凡要求耐磨性高、热处理变形小、工作条件恶劣及形状复杂的均采用高碳高铬钢Cr12MoV制造。 Cr12MoV钢虽属国内外制造高质量冷作模具的常用钢材,具有耐磨性高、淬火变形小、淬透性好等特,但其碳化物偏析严重,并呈带状分布,钢材纵横向机械性能差异很大,往往由于改锻不良造成热处理时产生异向变形不可控制,使用时过早崩刃、折断、磨损,寿命不稳定;同时钢中含有大量铬元素,很不符合我国资源条件,加之目前选用Cr12MoV钢制造的模具,很多是根据其中一、二项性能要求来选用的,没有充分发挥该钢材的性能。因此,积极研制和推广Cr12MoV钢的代用材料,是当务之急,具有一定的经济
