班组建设是企业文化的重要组成部分,也是企业全面提升软实力的基石。构建和谐的班组对实现企业长远发展有着至关重要的作用。由于长期与基层员工在一起生活、一起工作,对基层员工的生活环境、工作状态、思维方式和处事方法都比较了解。通过研究构建和谐班组的五大要素,以期为电力企业构建和谐班组提供一些参考,推动公司的企业文化快速稳步发展,全面提升企业软实力。
Team building is an important part of corporate culture, but also the cornerstone of an enterprise to comprehensively enhance the soft power. Building a harmonious team to achieve long-term development of enterprises has a crucial role. As long-term and grassroots employees live together and work together, grass-roots employees living environment, working conditions, ways of thinking and ways of doing things are more understanding. By studying the five elements of building a harmonious team, we hope to provide some references for the power companies to build a harmonious team, promote the rapid and steady development of the corporate culture and enhance the soft power of the enterprise in an all-round way.
