为了促进我国保险市场的健康发展,规范保险领域的外汇收支活动,完善保险业务外汇管理,日前,国家外汇管理局和中国保险监督管理委员会联合发布了《保险业务外汇管理暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》)。《暂行规定》共七章,五十六条,明确规定了外汇局和保监会在外汇保险监管方面的职责分工,保险经营机构外汇业务的市场准入和退出,保险经营机构外汇业务及其外汇账户管理,保险代理机构和经纪公司外汇收支管理,保险业务项下的结汇、售汇及付汇管理等。
In order to promote the healthy development of China’s insurance market, standardize the foreign exchange receipts and payments activities in the field of insurance and improve the foreign exchange administration of insurance business, the SAFE and China Insurance Regulatory Commission jointly issued the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Exchange in the Insurance Business (hereinafter referred to as the “ ”Temporary Regulation").
