介绍了耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗蠕变的新型合金钢——新-23钢材的研制和考验过程。研制该新钢种的目的是为了制备适用于罐式高放废液玻璃固化用的固化罐材料。用研制的新-23钢材制造的固化罐,用两种硼硅酸盐玻璃和含与不含硫酸盐的模拟高放废液熔制玻璃,在工程台架上进行了模拟考验,考验分两阶段进行,每阶段运行30轮,每罐高温煅烧时间达420~450h。考验完毕后,将固化罐进行解剖分析。结果表明,新型合金钢——新-23符合工艺技术要求。
The development and test process of a new type of alloy steel, New Steel-23, which is resistant to high temperature, corrosion and creep, are introduced. The purpose of developing this new type of steel is to prepare a solidified can material suitable for glass solidification of high capacity waste cans. Cured pots made of the newly developed 23 steel were used to simulate the glass on both the engineering bench with two borosilicate glasses and simulated high-level wastewaters containing and without sulfate. The test was conducted in two Stage, each run 30 rounds, each pot of high temperature calcination time of 420 ~ 450h. After the test is completed, the curing tank is subjected to anatomical analysis. The results show that the new alloy steel - new 23 meet the technical requirements.
