这些年来,出现在我国基础教育阶段的择校热、乱收费现象引起广大群众的不满。在探究这些现象背后的制度性因素时,我们感到,对于在我国延续多年的“名校办民校”现象,确实到了应该反思的时候。
Over the past few years, the phenomenon of indiscriminate charging that appears in the basic education stage of our country has aroused public dissatisfaction. In exploring the institutional factors behind these phenomena, we feel that it is indeed time for reflection on the phenomenon of “prestigious schools run civilian schools” that have lasted for many years in our country.
