研究甲状腺肿瘤中PCNA和DNA相关性及预后意义。用SP免疫组化方法和DNA图像分析技术检测15例甲状腺腺瘤,12例滤泡状腺癌,29例乳头状腺癌和9例未分化癌组织中的PCNA计数和DNA非整倍体,结合临床资料进行分析。结果:PCNA计数和DNA非整倍体率在甲状腺肿瘤中存在线性正相关关系(r=0.662,p<0.01),它们均随肿瘤分化程度的降低和恶性度的进展而相应增高(分别p<0.01和p<0.05),并且发现两指标检测值同时较高的甲状腺癌患者的生存时间较短,预后较差(p<0.01)。结论:检测PCNA的同时,配以DNA倍体分析,对甲状腺肿瘤恶性程度判断和预后评价更有价值。
To study the correlation and prognostic significance of PCNA and DNA in thyroid tumors. SP immunohistochemistry and DNA image analysis were used to detect PCNA counts and DNA aneuploidy in 15 cases of thyroid adenoma, 12 cases of follicular adenocarcinoma, 29 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma, and 9 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma. Combined with clinical data for analysis. RESULTS: There was a linear positive correlation between PCNA count and DNA aneuploidy rate in thyroid tumors (r=0.662, p<0.01), and they all increased with the decrease in tumor differentiation and progression of malignancy (p< 0.01 and p<0.05), and it was found that the survival time of the thyroid cancer patients with both indicators measured at the same time was shorter and the prognosis was poor (p<0.01). Conclusion: The detection of PCNA combined with DNA ploidy analysis is more valuable for judging the malignant degree of thyroid tumors and evaluating the prognosis.
