目的:探讨流产绒毛染色体分析在诊断自然流产病因和妊娠指导中的作用。方法:对76例流产患者无菌下取绒毛进行细胞培养及染色体核型分析。结果:76例流产绒毛中培养成功63例(82.89%)。发现36例染色体异常(57.14%),异常核型以数目异常为主(27/36),并以三体征(12/27)最常见。结论:胚胎染色体异常是导致早期流产的重要原因,故对流产绒毛做常规染色体检查有利于查明流产原因,有利于对下次妊娠做出风险评估。
Objective: To investigate the role of abortion chorionic analysis in the diagnosis of etiology of spontaneous abortion and pregnancy guidance. Methods: 76 cases of abortion patients were aseptically taken for cell culture and chromosome karyotype analysis. Results: Sixty-seven cases (82.89%) were successfully cultured in 76 cases of abortion. 36 chromosomal abnormalities (57.14%) were found, and abnormal karyotypes were mainly abnormal in number (27/36), with trisomy (12/27) the most common. Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality is an important reason of early abortion. Therefore, routine chromosomal examination of abortion hair is helpful to identify the causes of miscarriage and to assess the risk of the next pregnancy.
