目前,推动国民经济增长的主要因素仍然是投资、进出口、扩大内需,但是因为外国政府的庇护政策与扩大内需的效果暂时并不明显,导致国民经济仍主要依靠投资。我国居民投资主要集中在储蓄、有价证券和房地产行业,而房地产行业需要大量的资金投入,足见其对国民经济的重要性。但是因为房地产行业本身具有的高风险性等特点,如何提升施工单位的风险控制能力变得极为关键。将灰色聚类分析法引入房地产项目施工单位风险管理能力的评估,并通过实例分析,验证该模型在实际应用中的有效性。
At present, the main factor for promoting the growth of the national economy is still investment, import and export, and expanding domestic demand. However, because the policy of asylum by foreign governments and the effect of expanding domestic demand are not yet obvious, the national economy still depends mainly on investment. The investment of residents in our country is mainly concentrated in savings, securities and real estate industries. However, the real estate industry needs a lot of capital investment, which shows its importance to the national economy. However, because of the high risk inherent in the real estate industry, it is crucial to improve the risk control ability of construction units. The gray clustering analysis method is introduced into the assessment of the risk management ability of the real estate project construction unit. The case analysis is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the model in practical application.
