本文对生物传感器发展进程中的主要进展进行了评述。葡萄糖传感器在近年来所取得的巨大成功应同时归因于糖尿病人的超常需要及生物传感器技术为个人监控所提供的适宜、简便和卫生的分析方法。生物传感技术的发展为医疗保健、食品工业及环境监测等领域所涉及的范围广泛的分析对象的检测提供了巨大的潜在可能性。本文指出了为使生物传感技术得以被广泛采用而亟需发展的五个关键论题。对作者所领导的Cranfield生物技术中心在上述诸方面的工作近况也作了简单讨论。
This article reviews the major advances in the development of biosensors. The tremendous success of glucose sensors in recent years should be attributed to both the extraordinary needs of diabetics and the appropriate, simple and hygienic analytical methods that biosensor technology provides for personal monitoring. The development of biosensing technology offers tremendous potential for the detection of a wide range of analytics involved in the fields of healthcare, food industry and environmental monitoring. This article points out the five key topics that need to be developed to make biosensing technology widely used. The author also led by Cranfield Biotechnology Center in the above aspects of the status of the work also made a brief discussion.
