外资企业的嵌入有个动态演化过程,即由不适应到逐渐与当地企业网络融合的过程。但在短期,外资企业网络与本土企业不相适应而形成彼此孤立甚至排挤现象,使外资企业扎根失效而产生“飞地”效应。地方政府在产业社会网络体系的重塑,促进外资企业与当地区域文化的融合及摆脱本土企业自主创新能力不足的路径依赖的锁定效应方面具有重大作用。本文从经济社会学视角,分析外资企业、社会关系网络与群内企业的互动关系。
The embedding of foreign-funded enterprises has a dynamic evolution process, that is, the process of being gradually adapted to the network of local enterprises. However, in the short term, the network of foreign-funded enterprises and local enterprises are not compatible with each other to form an isolated or even crowding out of each other, so that foreign-funded enterprises take root and cause “enclave” effect. Local government plays an important role in reshaping the industrial social network system, promoting the integration of foreign-funded enterprises with the local regional culture and getting rid of the locking effect of the path dependence of the local enterprises’ lack of independent innovation ability. This article analyzes the interaction between foreign-funded enterprises, social networks and enterprises in the group from the perspective of economic sociology.
