用气流喷砂型冲蚀试验装置对超高分子量聚乙烯 (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene,UHMWPE)和 4 5# 钢的冲蚀磨损性能进行了比较 .考察了冲蚀粒子 (煤粉 ,二氧化硅 )的入射角、冲蚀时间等对超高分子量聚乙烯和 4 5# 钢冲蚀磨损的影响 .通过扫描电子显微镜对超高分子量聚乙烯和 4 5# 钢冲蚀磨损表面形貌的观察 ,并对超高分子量聚乙烯和 4 5# 钢冲蚀磨损机理进行了初步探讨
The erosive wear properties of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and 45 # steel were compared by using the jet blasting test apparatus. The effects of erosion particles (pulverized coal, silica ), And the impact time on the erosive wear of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and 45 steel.With the scanning electron microscope (SEM), the erosive wear surface morphology of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and 45 steel was observed, The erosive wear mechanism of UHMWPE and 45 # steel was also discussed
