应用高灵敏度声发射装置成功地测定了Sn-Bi系凝固时的声效应。系统地研究了Sn-Bi系凝固过程中的声发射特性。发现后者与材料特性、合金成分和凝固过程有关。用声发射技术能测定该二元系的相图,且能对凝固过程进行动态跟踪。这说明声发射技术有可能成为研究金属和合金凝固结晶动力学微观机制的有力手段,它在金属的凝固铸造理论及工艺研究中有一定的应用前景。
The acoustic effect of the Sn-Bi system during solidification has been successfully measured using a high-sensitivity acoustic emission device. The acoustic emission characteristics of Sn-Bi system were systematically studied. The latter is found to be related to material properties, alloy composition and solidification process. Acoustic emission technique can be used to determine the phase diagram of the binary system, and can dynamically track the solidification process. This shows that acoustic emission technology may become a powerful tool for studying the microscopic mechanism of solidification and crystallization kinetics of metals and alloys. It has certain application prospects in the metal solidification casting theory and technology research.
