对15例临床诊断为窦房结病变的患者及50例临床诊断为非窦房结病变的心脏病患者,进行体表窦房结区电活动的非叠加实时检测(体表窦房结电图,简称SNE_b),发现常规心电图不能直接检出的窦性静止、窦房传导阻滞及窦房结内有多个起搏点等在SNE_b上均有反映。它是目前直接了解窦房结的功能、窦房结与心房之间传导情况的最佳方法。
