对管道或设备法兰螺栓“热紧”和“冷紧”的探讨

通过对在高温和低温工况下法兰密封性能的分析,对试运时管道或设备法兰螺栓“热紧”和“冷紧”的规定得出新的认识。认为在一般情况下,管道或设备法兰螺栓的“热紧”和“冷紧”是不必要的,也是有害的。大多数施工单位在试运中,通过周密的巡检,发现泄漏部位及时处理的做法是简单、实用的,足以保证试运工作顺利进行。

Through the analysis of flange sealing performance under high temperature and low temperature conditions, a new understanding on the regulations of “hot tightening” and “cold tightening” of flange bolts of pipes or equipment during commissioning is obtained. In general, “hot” and “cold” flange bolts on pipes or equipment are considered unnecessary and harmful. During the trial operation, most construction units, through careful inspection, found that the timely treatment of leaks was simple and practical enough to ensure the smooth operation of the trial operation.
