在1955年9月开始,中国科学院技术科学方面石油、冶金陶瓷、金属、机械电机等4个研究所已先后成立了学术委员会。各所学术委员会由有关高等学校的教授和产业部门的专家以及研究所的高级研究人员组成。各所召开的学术委员成立大会,都邀请了有关苏联专家、学部委员和各产业部门的代表出席指导。会议听取了所长关于研究所的基本情况及今后工作的报告。讨论了
Beginning in September 1955, Academia Sinica has set up academic committees at four institutes, namely, petroleum, metallurgy ceramics, metals, and mechanical motors. Each academic committee consists of professors from higher education institutions and industry experts as well as senior researchers at the institute. The convening of the academic committee to set up the General Assembly, have invited the Soviet experts, academic members and representatives of various industry sectors attended the guidance.
