On the afternoon of July 12, 2016, Comrade Shao Xiangning, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, and director of the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, teamed up to teach Party members for the entire party.
