三级跳远是教育部制定的《中学体育教学大纲》中的高一、高二年级男生的基本教材。通过三级跳远教学能够发展和增强学生下肢、腰背肌力量及骨骼的生长发育,促进速度,灵敏、力量等身体素质的提高,并能培养勇敢、顽强,克服困难的意志品质。 三级跳远是在助跑后沿直线连续做三次不同的跳跃动作,即助跑后用踏跳腿起跳在空中换腿(图1—③),然后再用踏跳腿落地完成第一跳(单脚跳),接着用踏跳腿再起跳,高抬摆动腿(图1—⑦),并用摆动腿落地完成第二跳(跨步跳)继而用摆动腿起跳在空中做“蹲踞”,或“挺身”姿势(图1—⑩)双脚同时落地完成第三跳。 根据中学体育的教学任务,我认为三级跳远教学的重点,应该是使学生在初中掌握跳远技术的基础上,认真学好单脚跳、跨步跳和单脚跳接跨步跳这三个基本动作。因为
