对慢性泪囊炎目前泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效最好。但手术较复杂,基层医院难以广泛开展。笔者采用逆行鼻泪管钻切插管术治疗24例,认为方法简便,疗效可靠,介绍如下。用具:长20cm 直径1mm 和长5cm 直径4mm聚乙烯胶管各一根;直径0.6mm 泪道探针一支;鼻泪管钻刀一个。笔者钻刀用铜和不锈钢制成。长4mm,外径3mm,中央孔直径1mm,钻刃长2mm,上端表面光滑,以便能顺利逆行拉进泪囊(图)。
