患者男李×34岁住院号201044 双眼球突出1年,逐渐加重,羞明,疼痛20天,91年5月21日入院。患者无多饮、多食、消瘦、烦燥及多汗史。入院时:精神抑郁,T36.9℃,P88次/分,BP16/11.5KPa。甲状腺无肿大,未闻及血管杂音。右眼视力10cm 指数,左眼40cm 指数。双眼睑高度水肿,不能闭合,瞬目少。球结膜高度充血、水肿,突出脸裂之外。角膜上皮干燥、缺损,右眼角膜有灰黄色坏死物。晶体、玻璃体和眼底均窥不见。眼球突出
