加强档案信息化建设是档案事业适应社会发展的客观需要,是档案工作拓展服务功能和提升服务能力的必然要求。2000年,全国档案工作会议上国家档案局正式提出了档案信息化问题。2002年,国家档案局、中央档案馆颁布《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》。随后,档案信息化建设在全国各级各类档案馆迅速蓬勃开展起来。近两年来,笔者就档案信息化建设专门走访调研了国内部分城市档案馆,
Enhancing the construction of archives informatization is the objective need of archives enterprises to adapt to social development and is the inevitable requirement of archival work to expand service functions and enhance service capabilities. In 2000, at the National Archives Working Conference, the National Archives formally put forward the archives informationization issue. In 2002, the State Archives Bureau and the Central Archives promulgated the Outline for the Implementation of the National Archives Information Construction. Subsequently, the construction of archives informatization rapidly boomed in all kinds of archives at all levels across the country.
