目的:对冬青科苦丁茶树中Cu、Mn含量及其分布进行比较研究,为苦丁茶的种植和茶叶的生产提供一定的参考;同时为海南茶苦丁茶的成分研究、茶树中微量元素的迁移规律的研究提供基础数据。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)技术,测定出6种冬青科苦丁茶树的根、茎、叶及其栖息土壤中Cu、Mn的含量,并探讨苦丁茶树对Cu、Mn的吸收富集规律。结果:6种冬青科苦丁茶的茶叶Cu、Mn含量高于其它部位;苦丁茶冬青茶叶中Cu、Mn含量明显高于其它冬青科苦丁茶;而且茶叶中Mg含量随栖息土壤Mg增高而增高明显,随栖息土壤Cu增高,茶叶中Cu含量表现出某种饱和性。结论:海南推广种植的苦丁茶冬青对Cu、Mn的吸收富集优于其它同科苦丁茶。
OBJECTIVE: To study the content and distribution of Cu and Mn in the Ilex kudingcha tree, and to provide a reference for the cultivation of Ilex kudingcha and the production of tea leaf. Meanwhile, The study of migration law provides the basic data. Methods: The contents of Cu and Mn in roots, stems, leaves and their habitats of six kinds of Ilex kudingcha trees were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), and the absorption of Cu and Mn by Ilex kudingcha Set rules. Results: The contents of Cu and Mn in tea leaves of 6 kinds of Ilex kudingcha were higher than those of other parts. The content of Cu and Mn in Ilex kudingcha was obviously higher than that of other Ilex kudingcha. Moreover, the content of Mg in tea increased with the increasing of soil Mg However, with the increase of soil Cu, the content of Cu in the tea showed a certain degree of saturation. Conclusion: The absorption and enrichment of Cu and Mn by Ilex kudingcha in Hainan Province is superior to that of other Ilex kudingcha.
