电泵井的井液粘度参数,对于分析电泵井的工况、正确选择电泵机组及其它有关方面的计算,是经常用到的重要参数。然而,要建立准确的计算油气水三相乳状液粘度的数学模型目前还比较困难。因此,测算方法也就同样具有重要意义。本文系统地介绍了井液粘度与温度、压力、含水、含气、剪速各参数关系的数学模型,具体地给出了计算步骤。笔者根据电泵采油井的特点及现场实测资料,对电泵井井液粘度的变化规律进行了讨论。最后对粘度参数的应用作了部分介绍。
The parameter of the fluid viscosity of the electric pump well is an important parameter that is often used to analyze the working conditions of the electric pump well and select the correct calculation of the pump unit and other related aspects. However, it is still difficult to establish a mathematical model to calculate the viscosity of oil-water three-phase emulsion. Therefore, the calculation method is also of great significance. This paper systematically introduces the mathematical model of the relationship between the viscosity of well fluid and temperature, pressure, water, gas, shear rate parameters, the calculation steps are given specifically. Based on the characteristics of electric pump production wells and field measurement data, the author discusses the variation law of viscosity of electric pump fluid wells. Finally, the application of viscosity parameters is introduced in part.
