工业自动化也叫工业4.0,这个概念最早是由德国的一味学者提出的,主要是为了提高德国工业在当时国际社会上的竞争力,在新的工业革命中取得优势。按照目前研究学者所达成的共识来看,工业4.0属于工业发展的最终阶段,从最开始的蒸汽时代到现如今的信息化、工业化时代,社会一直在不断进步,工业自动化是现代化的核心,制造业做大做强则是中国完成工业自动化进程的必由之路。目前,我国正处于工业化从中期向后期过渡的关键时刻,一直以来,虽然我们称自己是一个制造大国,却在整个产品的价值链里面确担负最不能创造价值的一个环节,我国制造业有相当一部分企业的生产还停留在工业3.0甚至工业2.0的状态。
Industrial automation is also called Industry 4.0. According to the consensus reached by current researchers, Industry 4.0 is the final stage of industrial development. From the beginning of the steam era to the present era of information and industrialization, society has been continuously improving. Industrial automation is the core of modernization. Manufacturing Industry is bigger and stronger is the only way for China to complete the process of industrial automation. At present, our country is at a crucial moment of industrialization from a medium-term to a post-transition period. Although we have always said that we are a manufacturing country, we are indeed responsible for the least value-creating link in the entire product value chain. Our manufacturing industry is quite equal Production of some enterprises still stays in the state of Industry 3.0 or even Industry 2.0.
