膀胱结石并不少见,但膀胱内死骨片存留,引起感染、结石尚未见报道,我们收治一例,报告如下。患者周某,男性,40岁,农民;因肉眼全程血尿,伴尿频,尿急、尿痛二年余,加剧三个月于1982年5月29日入院。患者自述20年前有左大腿及左臀部红肿,伴全身畏寒发热,在当地医院诊为“脓肿”,经多次切开排脓而缓解。唯左髋关节活动困难,劳动能力减退。1972年及1978年又复发流脓,此后经久不愈
