新课程标准对中学生文化知识的内容和范围中规定:“在英语学习的较高阶段,要通过扩大学生接触异国文化的范围,帮助学生拓展视野,使他们提高对中外文化异同的敏感性和鉴别能力,进而提高跨文化的交际能力。”所以,教师在课堂教学中应充分开发利用教材,培养学生语用意识、重交际文化教学。一、词汇教学
