作为适应知识经济的新的管理理论 ,知识管理是信息资源管理的发展与延伸 ,为政府信息资源开发提供了新的理念指导和技术架构。构建基于知识管理的政府信息资源开发平台 ,实现政府从信息管理向知识管理的飞跃 ,搭建知识服务中心 ,为公众提供有价值的政府信息资源。同时 ,政府必须从更新管理理念、建立开发机制、搭建技术平台和塑造人才队伍等方面为利用知识管理开发政府信息资源提供良好环境。
As a new management theory adapted to the knowledge-based economy, knowledge management is the development and extension of information resource management, which provides new idea guidance and technical framework for the development of government information resources. Constructing a government information resource development platform based on knowledge management, realizing the leap of government from information management to knowledge management, building a knowledge service center and providing valuable public information resources to the public.
