Acinar cell carcinoma is a rare type of special growth, slow growth, low grade malignant rare gland tumor. Occur in the parotid gland. Woody collected from 1966 to 1991 hospital surgical treatment of pathologically confirmed parotid acinar cell carcinoma in 38 cases for a retrospective analysis.
