新形势下带好青年战士面临的新问题随着党的富民政策的落实,以城市为中心的经济体制的全面改革,以及部队培养两用人才工作的开展,尤其是新的富裕家庭的子弟不断来到部队,使部队青年战士的成份构成、知识结构、思想特征发生了许多新的变化,现出了许多新情况、新问题,也给青年教育工作以及整个思想政治工作提出了新的课题,需要我们根据新情况,提出新办法,创造新经验。其中,如何带好新兵,就是形势发展向我们提出的新的重大课题之一。这是因为: 一是从兵员成份看,从农村“两户一体”发展起来的富裕家庭的战士逐年增多
