全国人才工作会议之后,实施人才强国战略已成为当前各级党委、政府的一项重要任务,各地纷纷提出各自的人才战略。人才战略是指人才工作全局性的计划和策略,它的科学内涵一般要通过若干个分战略去体现并组合而成。从实际出发,对分战略进行细化性思考,有利于提高实施人才战略的针对性和有效性。按照党中央、国务院《关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》精神,结合广东实际,实施省委、省政府提出的人才强省战略,以个人之见,应重点思考如下四个分
